To who-ever can answer my inquiry,
as I understand it, for those CSA applicants who can not get an available time slot before the June 1 2004 date, at which time the Step 2 CS will be implemented, then must they have to re-apply but under Step 2 CS instead of CSA? Does this mean the fee will get transferred to the Step 2 CS application from the CSA application, or do they have to pay another lump some of money for the Step 2 CS? Confused...
Another question I have in regards to the Step 2 CK & Step 2 CS is if I take the Step 2 CK in January how long of a period is allowed before taking the Step 2 CS?
