when u consider about abnormal allele -as it lacks HV-2,fragments will be of 0.5,2.5,1,0.5,0.5.
normal allale (A.D disease)-fragments are 0.5,0.5,2,1,0.5,0.5

so affected grand son has both 2 &2.5 fragments
