Can anyone verbalize the difference between General visceral efferent and General somatic efferent?

When you say somatic you are talking about concius sensation, as pressure, tactile stimulation, propioception, also pain and temperature, those stimuli travel by spinal nerves, and some cranial nerves as V, VII

By contrast, visceral sensory fibers are afferents, that travel along nerves as vagus, glossopharyngeal, and are unconcious stimuli.

It may be wrong, but this is what I understand.
