could help me to give a few possible diagnosis for the following scenario, thanks a lot:
17 years old female who is a member of the Christian church was praying with her family. Her mother has an end stage of liver failure and is waiting for liver transplant. Tonight at 3 a.m., she suddenly was unable to speak at all when she saw her mother cried out in pain. She was sent to ER.
(Pt did not speak at all, just nodding 'yes' and 'no'.)
