4 yo boy is admitted to the hospital with disseminated candidiasis. He has had several episodes of upper respiratory viral infections and has a history of tetany. 1 month a go his serum calcium concentration was 2.0 mg/dl. Truncus arteriosus was diagnosed. he was given vit D and calcium supplements at 1 month of age. which of the following lab findins is most likely?

Gamma globulins / Peripheral lymphocytes/ Mediastinal shadow on Xray
1- dec / dec / narrowed
2- normal / dec / widened
3- normal / dec / narrowed

If you guys say C, ok for normal Ig and decreased lymphocytes.

But why is mediastinal shadow narrowed? ok, the thymus is over, but if there is truncus arteriosus, there should be enlargement of the right ventricle and enlargmente of the inferior mediastinum
