I can't calculale this q :?

there is some thing that involved the dormant forms of Vivax in the liver ?

  #3

the way they calculate it in the q book
at 10 days there will be 100 exoerythrocytic merozoites from each sporozoite infecting a hepatocyte.
these 100 daughter merozoites will seek erythrocytesand at 2 days interval for ( vivax and ovale) will again undergo shizogony.then the q says 10 merozoites will be produced per erythrocyte
so every 2 days there will be 10 times the # of merozoites so after 22 days it will be 100000000 or 10 to the power 8.
see how they neglected the dormant stages in the liver does it mean that the dormant stages do not go on and infect erythrocytes during this 22 day peroid.or what
