hey guyz! wht is the mechanism of orthostatic hypotensioin! alpha-1 blockade! except for alpha blockers remember there are other classes of drugs tht can block alpha receptors: - antipsychotics - antihistaminics - antidepressants chlorpromazine belongs to phenothiazine group [antipsychotic] answer is b! btw same classes of drugs hold true for muscarinic blockade!
