i tried the pysical exam resources ,videos on prep4usmle,its difficult to download these videos ,is the similar problem with usmlew ,what are the requirements for playing usmlew videos. would anybody pllzzz tell me??

I tried, but wasn't so lucky too.....same problem as you have. If you bought UW, that should be enough to pass....well, i think at least. I got no problem with UW vidoes.

it means that usmw videos can be played on dial up modem?? high speed internet not needed,am i right? :?

...little slow but you can do it with dial up.
