I've heard that supposedly on USMLE world if you score in the 50's you are doing well...people say the questions are more difficult so you should not expect a very high score.... have you tried any of the nbme assessments?

THanks for your email this morning i was feeling very bad but when i read your email i feel much better evry early in the morning i wake up and start doing questions despite terrible neck pain that is because of long time of studying and working with microscope , i had been a pathologist in my own country for 4 years and the neck arthrosis is because of it .( ( it was surprising for my couleagues because they all say it is very early for this age but any way it is a terrible pain evry day and when u have to sit down for 9 hours each day that i am doing during these months u can imagine why i am depressed when i see 50% scores of Usmw .hopefully i would not have too much pain in the exam day I haven't applied for nbme yet do u know how many questions it has and i had read in many of the emails that they get nbme I and then nbme II for step2ck i tried to find it in the nbme site but they just had one exam for step 2 one for step one again thanks for your kind email i feel much better now with best wishes
