Can anyone explain me this... Is there a relation between calcium,phosphate , sodium & pottasium in kidney filtration ? I find it very confusing, sometimes theres alkalosis with hypokalemia, sometimes both sodium & potasium lost togather, wot is the normal rule here as far as these mineral concerns ? help anyone.
