46 y/o woman with rhematoid arthitis & treated with a NSAID, 3 months later she develops renal tubular necrosis

Which of the following drugs is she ost likely taking ?

a. Aspirin

b. ibuprofen

c. Indomethacin

i wanna say naproxen but ibuprofen and indomethacin also cause renal problems.

aspirin is commnly usd long term unlike indomethacin which is not!
also indomethacin is contraindicated in renal dysfunction!

propionic acid drivatives are clearly much less toxic than indomethacin!

whtz the ans phulong?

yeah, indomethacin, in the explanation they said that indometachin is most potent
