You can remember this way,
If you are paranoid about each and every question,(Read carefully , re-read and then answer) it has the best prognosis on USMLE. Likewise , Paranoid schizophrenia has the best prognosis.
If you are disorganised in your preparation, you will have worst prognosis on USMLE. Samething in Schizophrenia too, Disorganised type has worst prognosis.
