* 2nd stpedial & hyoid artery
* 3rd common carotid artery & proximal part of internal carotid artery
* 4th to systemic artery
left : aortic arch
right : proximal part of right subclavian artery
* 6th to pulmonary & pulmonary to systemic shunt ( ductus arteriosus )
