Sorry Im not positive about the book you are trying to find. The Stars Pathology book is about 500 pgs (483, 518 if u include the index). So I guess thats the one u want. His Stars Pathology Review book is like 330 pages. I am able to use this to follow along with his audio lectures, but he skips around quite a bit and dosent cover everything because he doesnt have time. Also some times he refers to schematics and other figures that are not in the Review book, but are in the bigger Stars Pathology book. You need to find someone who attended one of his reviews and ask them to be sure (hopefully Ill do that June, but that doesnt help you now). In addition he often refers to his own pathology slides which I guess no one has, but apparently there is a list of similar slides in Robins 6th ed. I do not have this list. I dont have his Rapid Review Path book so Im not sure how it syncs up with his audio, but I have Rapid Review Biochem/Pharm/QuestionBook and they are all around 300 pgs. He also has 36 pgs and 100 pgs of High Yeild notes that dont have anything to do with his audio lec, but are extremely useful for the exam (many qs similar or exact). The best advise I can give you is to get one of the Stars books either the Pathology (if you want more detailed explanation and figures) or the Pathology Review (if you want a quicker review). Actually, Im sure any book by Dr. Goljan will be great, so the one you have is probably fine. Like I said thats the bes I can do until after (hopefully) I attend his review (and thats not for sure because they could always change proffesors). In case u need them the ISBN numbers are below. Hope that helps. Stars = Saunders Text And Review Series Stars Pathology - ISBN 0-7216-7023-7 Stars Pathology Review - ISBN 0-7216-7024-5

Goljan has a very good books, but rapid review of patology has a 463 pages adding to it the index, this book also has a gift a cd with question, but i havent seen it yet, this book is good, 9 inches long and 7 inches wide, it only has just what you need not very deep. Patology rapid review. Copyrigth 2004. ISBN 0-323-02393-2 Elsevier Mosby USMLE step1
