hey i'm new here but i was wondering if you could tell me some disadvantages of the linweaver-Burk plot, Eadie Hofstee plo and the Michaelis-Menten equation

With Michaelis Menton it is very difficult to measure Vmax/ Lineweaver Burke makes this much easier.

With Lin Burk you have a straight line so you need to have only two points to plot the curve. Wheras in MM you need to know the individual valus at every point.

The Lineweaver Burk plot results in inaccuracies at low substrate concentrations since the points are very far apart due to the 1/[S] calculation.
