drshabs, you got it right! Graves has exopthalmos (eyeball protrusion), but not lid changes. Ofcourse I picked lid changes but it was wrong. The Again this Q is from Kaplan QBank.

Correct answer is Skin Changes - pretibial myxedema, very specific fro Graves.

isn't pretibial myxedema present in hypothyroidism as well??
