I got my score, 80/197 for step 1. I am an FMG and have not taken step 2. Can I get residence with this score? Thanks

I am an IMG,too.
i took my exam on Aug 28th.
my score is 197/80.
i want to study integrated medicine, especially "meditation for medical problem".
can i study in HAWAII?
my kaplan qbank score was 55%/2103questions.
real exam was much harder than i expected.
i think kaplan qbank(3 months web) was best source.
it took for 11months for preparation;
BRS,pretest,NMS and qbank.

First of all thanks for your replies. When I sent out my e-mail, I assume maybe nobody cares. Your guys are great!
I took my test on 8/29. I really wish that I can pass step 2 with a higher score and get a resident program.
