I took my CS last week in Philadelphia and was surprised at how straight forward it was. Go over the FA book or the other one that has all the cases and make sure you know the differentials and labs to order. These are REALLY clear and simple cases. I took my Step 1 two weeks ago and then spent 7 days for the CS exam at a bookstore testing myself case by case. Don't know yet if I passed either :roll: , but I feel I did the best I could and I am ok with that.
Anyway, good luck and don't sweat it. Wash your hands, drape them, and thank the patients and you should be ok.
