Which is catalse -,beta hemolytic(clear), stim. ASO titers, hyaluronic capsule, has steptolysins, Mproteins, erythrogenic toxin, streptokinase,
DNAase, PYR+, group A, +cocci in chains (by the way ASO > 200 is significant for rheumatic fever), bacitracin sensitive.
The q is: If its bacitracin sensitive why not stick a few loads of bacitracin down someones throat??

bacitracin interferes with late sage cell wall synthesis of gm +ves ...however the drug is too nephrotoxic to be used orally tht's why has limited topical application!
