Hi I have taken step 1 twice. For the first try I took a review. That really didnt help. For the second try, I did Kaplan dvd, Goljan & qbank. Still not any better. For the third try, I'm using PASS. The lectures are quite good. He does a good job at explaining the topics. In fact he has cleared up several troublesome areas that I didn't understand. The lecture notes do have errors, but you catch them as you are doing the lecture. I think if you are in my situation, PASS is a good viable alternative. I am pleased with the material as it is really helping me to get a handle on things. I'm also going to use Youels prep notes & FA to backup the PASS info. I'm not going to try any questions until I have seen the PASS videos twice. I want to have an understanding of the basics before questions. Good luck to all.

I am in a similar situation as you because I have failed step one two times now and and not willing to fail a second time. I have been considering doing the pass program but what worries me is that I will be in lecture all day and run out of time to study. I am wondering how long you studyied for step one on your third attempt? How long did watching the videos and actually sitting for the test take? thanx
