3 is likely...staph aureus is the most common cause of cellulitis.

hey guyz staph.aureus may be more commonly a/s with cellulitis but c'mon look at the symptoms of AGN ,it does'nt occur with staph. aureus does it!

here an important thing is that a letent time for the development of AGN is given ie 3 weeks after skin infection so that imune reaction will build up to cause the AGN if he had given a question a kind of distractor wher he might have given symptoms similar to AGN and combiend it with sore throat or skin infection but there is no correlation between the two that is the latent period is not ther then the answer will have been staph aurius. but here as it is a classical question which is quite straight forwarded so the answer is A
