After 8 days a colony approximately 8 mm in diameter. There is no metallic green sheen. The color is purple to black and seems to be growing on top of itself like a scab. What would grow like this?
In another plate, a colony of fungus grew from white fuzzy covering then after a few days the area under the covering turns pink and after a few more days, it turns to the characteristic metallic green. What is this?

Hard to tell without seeing the colony. Are you sure these are bacterial colonies? Why do you want to know? Are these contaminants? Something you plated? For a class?
Need more clues. Could be anything.
