won't chronic use of acetaminophen or NSAIDs in a pt with mild renal insufficiency affect the pt's renal function?

with mild renal insufficiency too intial treatment is acetaminophen but NSAIDS are contraindicated.acetaaminophen is toxic to kidney only if there is poor liver func otherwise chances in presence of good liver func is only 1%of renal failure.hope that helps
