hi guys.i am a newbie here.i am an img,graduated in 2004 and wrote my step 1 in march 2005.i will probably write step2 in august.i was planning to work in neurology for a few months before applying for residency.i want to do neurology.since i studied for 8 months(a very long time) for step 1, i did not do any hospital duties.so,on my cv it will be waste period for 8 months.pretty stupid q but any ideas how i can compensate? i am willing to forego a year for thatso i can apply for a residency in 2007.is that a good idea?
