1. disease causes ascitis with phtn are usually diseases assosited iwth cirrhasis as
hepatitis b, and c /alkholic cirrhosis/autoimmune / primary and secondary biliary cirrhosis/hemochromatosis...................................)
2. ascitis without phtn is often due to intrabdoinal milignancy , hypoprtienemia , protien lossingenteropathy , and nephrotic syndrome........
