Hi , my name is Valentin I’m from Romania and I need an advice if is possible.
I am graduate medical school in my country and in this moment I prepare for Step2 USMLE (step1 I took and I passed). After CSA this autumn, I must apply for residency program.
I am married with a U.S. permanent resident and we have a child of 2 year American citizen, is this an advantage? I have other opportunity?. I can obtain a J1 visa but this visa forced my to leave the country after 2 years, what waivers are possible in my situation?. Visa H1b is much harder to obtain but not impossible. My family situation can help me to obtain more easily any kind of visa?
