Obviously the more the better, but I want to know on average, how many hours should we put into it to get a nice recommendation letter in the end? And for those who have done observership, could you share your experience at the clinics/hospital with me please? If we can't tough or listen to the patient's heart/lung, what can we learn and what's our chance to show our ability and to get a good recommendation?
