hello everybody,
i am a fmg currently working in uk for last 2.5 yrs in im. i have taken step 2 ck with a score of 88. i have cleared step 2 cs. i have finished mrcp in uk. 2002 grad from india. b1/b2 visa status.
i dont think i can take step 1 before the coming match.
kindly give some opinions regarding the chances i have in im in usa

if you have your MRCP, you should be able to land something somewhere. I guess you can't do this year's match, but next year's

is that mean i ant apply for res programs for this yr without step1?. i am thinking of taking step 1 in jan. some of my friends told i can appply but i dont know what are the chances are?
kindly clarify my doubt.

you can apply without step I, but I doubt you would get any interviews. People apply without step II, but step I is kind of a given. You can try. You have only money to lose. If you get any interviews with just step II, let us know!
