hi guys.i am processing my h1 visa in the u.s but my husband is in my home country,how long will it take to process his h4?is it advisable to go this route.i heard it takes years.Is this true?please i need advise fast before i fill his name in any immigration forms.thank you.

if u r in process of getting H1 then he can on DEPENDANT OR SPOUSE visa within in a month...just try to confirm from visa office

ur hubby gets H4 as soon as u get ur H1 ,doesnt take much time
