can thoracic duct damage lead to right sided pleural effusion? doesnt thoracic duct drain left side of trunk + lower limbs (as mentioned in another qbank question)

ofcurse throracic may not be draining the pleura but atlleast it is passing from there.....any damage will lead to extrusiuon of it's content into pleurtal avity leading to chylous effusion!
