hi there
i have a couple of questions ....what is ecfmg certification exactly ...i passed my step 1 and ecfmg has already sent my diploma for verification to my college in india ..everyone back home says that is the final step in the certification process ...but i though certification is something where in one needs to pass staep 1 2 and cs
secondly at what point can i request my validation sticker as of now when i click on it it says not eligible
finally im taking step 2 in june so i should have my result in july and cs in july so hoping my result will be available by august ...
do i have to wait for all these results including toefl to apply starting early august ..if so my chances for 2006 are all but gone right
i am petrified at the thought of doing something other than look for a residency the next year
what should i do
please dont say ..i need to take exam early  im not prepared i just have to stick to the pesent time table

the following are the steps for ECFMG certification 1) pass step 1 , step 2 CK & step 2CS 2) verification of the medical diploma & medical school credentials (transcripts)
there is no need for validation stickers in the new policy as for as i know
