1st - dunno... what stain is it?

2nd - in the left there's a epithelium, and underneath there are lots of vessels, inflamatory infiltrate... dunno the rest

3rd - noncaseating granuloma with a high mononuclear infiltrate.. sarcoidosis?

4th - lung.. lost of small holes - pancacinar emphisema? and black dots which are from bronchopneumonia?

4th - dunno - lung? is it ARDS? or hialine membranes disease of the newborn?
