#2- lung specimen withj some mass near the hilum!

#3- kidney- lots of petechiae on the surface....malignant HTN??

#4- don't get it!

#5- septum looks hypertrophied......IHSS??

i don't know, i'd like someone to tell me. But i guess #5 is ventricular Aneurisma...aint it?

Fifth one is Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy - Banana shaped Ventricle !!
Fourth .. Is that a prostate gland ?

Isnt the banana shape referring to the septum only. Specimen looks more like Right ventricular hypertrophy with dilatation.

Come on guys. The 4th is liver. Nutmeg liver in congestive heart failure. If you have stedman dictionary, look it up. The picture is there.

1 this time I think it's giant cell arteriris

2 tuberculosis, metastases to lung?

3. flea-biten kidney, malignant hypertension

4 nut-meg liver chronic congestion

5 hypertension hypertrophy left ventricle?

the lung specimen..looks like has to do with chr inflam condition rathe rthan TB
