sodium dependent gluose tansport! tye 1 & 2 present in intestinal epithelials and proximal tubule of kidney! clinical correlate t with diarrhea hving ORS .....glucose content hastens Na+ reabsorption!

generally we can say that glucose enters the cell by facilitated diffusion except the luminal membrane of epithelial cells (intestines, tubules) where it enters by Na- dependent glucose transport
