A 55 yo female is evaluated for occult blood int he stool. Colonoscopt shows a 5.5 sessile mass with velvety surface that projects about 2.5 cm above the rectosigmoid. Micro examination of tissue obtained on biopsy of the mass shows papillae composed of delicate fibrovascular cores covered by dysplastic columnar epithelium. this pt is increased risk for which of the following colonic neoplasm?

1)Squamous Carcinoma
2)Fibrosarcoma
3)lymphoma
4)Adenocarcinoma
5) carcinoid
6)leiomyosarcoma
