hello. any tips in expediting j1 visa application? up to now i haven't received my letter of agreement/offer and hence i haven't applied for my "need to train" certificate from my home country. are there any advice in expediting my application? will i be able to come back in the US with my j1 visa by mid-june and start residency by july?
