B) Estrogen . simple best Rx for hystrectomy pat. combination pills for postmenopausal women

Estogen is she can tolerate it, if not a bone stabilizer like fosamax.(+sufficient Ca ,Mg, VitD) or alendronate,etidronate or pamidronate.
