Explain why factor XII deficiency does not cause bleeding but thrombosis ?

factor XII also activates fibrinolysis.

chk out robbin's ..chp:3 inflammation.....there is an excellent chart tyht brings hemostasis , complment ,fibrinolysis and kinin systme altogether!
