What causes pulmonary artery constriction:
A decrease in PO2 in alveoli or in venous blood?

  #2

first of all it's pulmonary arteriolar constriction and secondly pulmonary vasculature is unique in the snse it constrics when there is hypoxia i.e. decrease in PAO2 not venous!
