I wanted to know if you work with a Doctor in a hospital who has his office in that hospital and you are allowed to draw blood ,take histories perform physical exams and you will get a LOR from him is that considered an externship. The position has been offered as an externship and Im confused as I thought externship was working like a resident in a hospital.Could anyone plz clarify and tell me if its worth it.Thanks
