A 45 yr old male pts mentally ill & suspected as danger to themselve & for others....He is hospitalized involuntarily......Has this pts right to receive or refuse Rx???

yes he has the rt to refuse the treatment but the physician shud inform the cops that he is a danger to others and if the doc knows the specific person who is in danger ,then he shud immediatley inform that person.
