the physician can inform the person who is posed to the danger from one of his patients.
first prority is to inform the person and then the police.
this is an wexception to "breach the confidentiality".the physician has the rt to breach the confidentiality in this case..

its same as kiran said.but first try to detain the person making trheat,
next call police
finally-notify and warn potential victim.all 3 should be taken or attempted.doctor can be found liable if doesnt do it.
