Hi Nonstopdoc,
Hearty congratulations on your step 3 success.
When did you take the exam? How long did it take to get the results?
I took my exam on March17 th and 18th. When can I expect the results?
Did you get the results by regular mail? Is there any other method of knowing the results beforehand , apartfrom getting them in regular Thanks in advance for the help

Hey jayakrishna.. this is drkjigs from the step 1,2, match forum..I took the exam on 10-11 March in NY. Got the resutls on 6th April in NY. Dont think there is an OASIS way of checking.. guess jsut wait & see.

Where did you match?
I got a prematch in my speciality, Pediatrics in NewYork.

got 88/215. Congratulations on your prematch. I unfortunatley didnt match in the speciality I wanted. Was being offerd a prelim spot in Gen surg. But I have done plastic surgery in UK & as such would wan tto pursue that as a career. I will try fopr a research for a year & reapply next year for plastic surgery residency.. Where in NY are you? if you dont mind.

Thanks for the concern. I got my result reported on nbme site.I have not yet got that in mail. I will let you and the wholeworld know once it comes.
Hi Dr.Kjigs, Sorry to know that you are not matched this year. It is important to do one's speciality or else it becomes very difficult.I got into my speciality and I am very happy about that.
