A 22 yr old medical studentwith no history of psychiatric illness tells her freind that she beleives that the Dean of medical school is poisoning her food in the cafeteria...She is alert 7 oeriented but seems anxious & frightened...her symptoms started 2 wks ago when she found out that she had failed in 1st anatomy exam:...What is the diagnosis???
