hi, i just passed my usmle step1 with 98/243 . i am preparing for step2 right now. i'd love to get into dermatology/radiology but i am just a foriegn medical graduate with no US experience. is there anyway i can enhance my chances of being accepted into dermatology/radiology? :? <:help:>

the usual answers: get US CE somehow (observership, while not as good as externships is better than nothing), US LoR, nail your step II, try and do research in the fied at a US Med School (and get the LoR and publications that go along with it). I knew one US student who did 4 years of derm research to get a derm spot.
