The answer is C - Type II I - Manic episode then just "normal" behavior not involving Sx of Depression. II - Manic episode that alternates with HYPOMANIA with Sx of Depression. I saw a question like this in which there was some STOCKBROKER who in her episodes of MANIA , drank a lot, worked 22 hour days and sold all her client's stocks. They never mentioned her having DEPRESSED episodes, they said that other times she was just "NORMAL"

I will go with E, cyclothymia, bcoz there is no history of hospitalization due to disorder.

I think I would now go w/ cyclothymia vs bipolar type 1(depression & mania) bec. of the 12 yr hx. Onset is impt. in dxing these disorders. This case can't be type 2 bipolar bec. of increase sexual drive & that's a manic sx. Type 2 has HYPOMANIA + DEPRESSION episodes.
