You are doing really great job helping people on this forum. I have a real dillemma what to do with my life. Next year I want to apply for ob/gyn residency. I have very good scores and currently for over 1 year I'm working in research. I'm really fed up with this work, especially that everything goes very slowly, I even don't have chance for a good publication (not for the next year or so). But I'm really scared that if I quit this job right now they won't give me a LOR. At the same time I have a chance to go to work with internal medicine doctor at his office and sometimes at the hospital. It would be for how long I want. I really don't know what to do! Any suggestion will be very appreciated! m

Sorry, but if you don't know what to do - there is no way that I can tell you what to do. I can give you ideas, but I will never tell someone what they should do or how they should live. Sorry, Prep for USMLE doesn't pay me enough!! (or even pay me - just kidding all - I'm hear because I love it)
