hi guyz
how long does it take normally to receive ecfmg mail after they hv sent it.....my oasis says it's been sent on 18th of march and i still hv'nt received it....testing zone is S.asia

mine was sent on 25th. i received it on 1st. Urs might haave got lost

hi
it usually takes around 5-6 days after the oasis shows that the scheduling permit has been sent....this is if you are in USA.if you are in usa and didnot get it still,better call them and find out.if you are outside USA i think you can wait for some more time.

i am in india and it took 7 days. email them at permits@ecfmg.org

hi guys
there is this very same problem that i have not yet receved my scheduling permit although i did receved my cd today.my date of sending was also 18th march as per oasis.dont know what to do :cry:

Exactly the same case here. But not to worry. My application was accepted on 24th March, and the date on CD cover says it was mailed on 30th March. So I guess I can easily wait for a couple more days before calling ECFMG and asking about the permit. BTW I am in US.

Hi!
I know that waiting really sucks! Just imagine what it would be like if it's the score report form you're waiting! :wink: Mine took 2 weeks from US to SE Asia. Then another 2-3 days before the mailmain delivered it to my house. It takes longer than that if your country has a long holiday (like Christmas holiday breaks) and your mail got caught in between.
Good luck! You'll get your permits and CD soon! Meanwhile, just study, study, study! :P

thanks laila and rhonda for ur such a quick reply
i receievd another mail from ecfmg today which i thought was a permit but it was not.it was a mail regarding that ur degree has been sent to ur medical school for verification bla bla ...and it was dated on 9th of march...i.e. it almost took a month to reach :shock:
anyhow i still dont know what to do and have not studied properly coz of this thing in my subconscious kicking me again and again :cry: .i mailed them at permit@ecfmg.org and they have said that they wont reply before 10 buisness days.
dont know what to do
