i haven't posted in this forum for a while (been wiped out by the match) but came back to look at step 2 stuff and thought i would offer a thought or two. if you have that much time and you really care about doing well, i would go ahead and get (in order of importance) 1) First Aid, 2) all the Goljan audios and Goljan hi-yield notes, 3) HY Anat/Neuro/Biochem/Biostats (+ Embryo/Histo if you REALLY care), and 4) a full Kaplan series from the last 2-3 years. gravy on top would be the medicine pretest, because i think going through it once makes the step 1 vignettes seem really transparent. i would (almost) guarantee that 5+ months of 5 hrs/day of this material will yield a very strong score. this forum rocks, btw, it played a big part in me matching in dermatology this year! getting on and asking questions of people and answering them helped me bunches. best of luck!
