Can anyone plz tell me abt the actual size of the 'PATIENT-NOTE'?Is it the same size as given in FA? Doesn't it seem to be a bit less for writing all the points?Is there any site frm where the actual dimensions of the sheet can be known?Thanx

hello,
yeah the size seems to be less but unfortunately thats the size almost as same as in first aid where we have to finish off .

You can go to USMLE org and download a sample patient note and a blank patient note, if you intend to handwrite it or practice typing online if you are thinking of typing it.
